The International Go Federation is the world governing body for the sport of go. It is a federation of member national associations, such as the Australian Go Association: 3 in Africa, 5 in the Americas, 18 in Asia, 39 in Europe, and 2 in Oceania.
The IGF runs the World Amateur Go Championships, and between general meetings at each Worlds is governed by a board of directors. The current director from Oceania is Neville Smythe of the Australian Go Association. If you have a concern or question at that level, talk to him; but maybe ask the AGA if it’s really a national concern that they can answer, first.
The IGF has a web site at https://www.intergofed.org/, an event bulletin Ranka and a page on Facebook.
